I was looking at kid shoes online. Dorothy said, "I like those." I said, "I don't know if they have them in your size." Dorothy said, "They do." I said, "Do you know what size you wear?" She said, "Yes. Pink and purple."
From the driver's seat, I mentioned to Dorothy that we would need to clean the peanut butter off of her face when we arrived where we were going. A moment later, she announced, "I cleaned my face." I asked, "Where did you put the peanut butter?" She replied, "In my mouth."
Dorothy's 8-year-old friend Lucy told Dorothy that her feet were bigger because she was older. "Yes," Dorothy said, "and my feet are smaller because I'm newer."
