The Georgia National Fair takes place in Perry, GA.

It was our first visit to the fair.

Gram & Big Daddy visit every year.

Brian was chosen to be hypnotized (he didn't go under)

Dorothy laughed so hard at the hypnotist show that she snorted.

Presenting the Grand Prize Winner for the 2025 Georgia National Fair "Fair Bear" Creative Writing Competition!

 

Dorothy read her essay aloud from the stage.

She was there with winners from 4th, 5th, & 6th grades from across Georgia.  She entered the contest in the spring as a 4th grader.

Her essay was awarded the Grand Prize!

She received a plaque, a trip to the fair, $350 in prize money for herself, and $400 in prize money for her school!

At Dorothy's drama class, her last drama class performance appears on the events board

 

Dorothy and her friend read different graphic novels of "Little Women," then swapped.
